I chose this guesthouse for its proximity to the Marlborough Convention Centre. The facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The host, Wendy, was very accommodating and provided excellent recommendations for dinner.

The only drawback was the lack of a private workspace or desk in the room, which I needed for my work. However, I was able to work comfortably in the shared lounge area.

We were welcomed by the GREAT host. Everything here met requirements. Good prices were a plus.

Fairly clean property not far from Blenheim as well as the front garden. The breakfast is simple, with jams and toast and a yummy yogurt. It offers immaculate room in a the wardrobe. Affable and kind staff, and the best owner ever

She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the facilities were spotless and well-maintained, providing us with everything we needed. As vegetarians, Wendy even catered to our dietary preferences and gave great recommendations for local vegan-friendly eateries. We would definitely stay here again!

It was overall clean, warm and lovely. Appreciated the kindness and efforts made by the hostess nevertheless my bed was too small. The apartment was near to South Island as well as the front garden, peaceful and great location overall. And I was located handy to town centre.

The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the comfiest bed ever. Wendy's attention to detail and thoughtful extra touches were much appreciated. The value for money was excellent - super clean room and facilities, with a perfect bed. The location was great, and Wendy, the hostess, was friendly and helpful, making us feel instantly at home.

This warm and inviting apartment provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a cozy bed.

I was initially concerned about the shared bathroom, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The bedding was luxurious and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for breakfast. The lounge area was spacious and the TV was huge. The bathroom was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. Wendy, the host, was caring and made sure we had everything we needed. if I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay at this immaculate, modern, and homely accommodation.
